We contacted John Wayne yesterday afternoon due to a/c issues and were able to get someone out today, which was a quick turn around since it s summer. Lane came out to service our ac as it had not been cooling the house. Turns out we had a bad blower motor, which he was able to replace. He informed us about saving money by becoming part of John Wayne Club program, so we did and were surprised to learn all the great perks to joining. Lane was friendly and professional the entire time. He ended up working with us for about 4 hours (he had to order parts and go pick them up) and we appreciate all his hard work.
