The hotel location is very good as it is at the town centre and near famous eating places. The only set back is our rooms not ready despite we arrived after 4 pm. Also they do not replenish the toiletries and only do so when we ask them. However overall we like the hotel ambience, cleanliness and definitely will recommend family & friends to stay at this hotel if they go to Penang.
