Clean areas, polite staff, such sweet beautiful cats n dogs that want to take all home. Can tell that doing what they can with staff they have. We hit a busy Friday. So glad that saw people adopting, even sadder seeing the surrenders. Cages were clean on most part, and just sad discouraged faces on many of the larger dogs begging to homed.
