We did not plan on purchasing a new car, so finding out repairs on our current Nissan totaled more than a used car, you can imagine that what typically might be a planned endeavor for many purchases was a necessity for our family and at first seemed daunting and stressful... Until we talked to Illini Nissan. From Wes, who was tremendous and impressed my husband (which is hard to do), to Craig who listened and seemed genuine in trying to help us find a solution to our problem, to Lou who was calming and reassuring every step of the way. We left knowing we had the best team working for us. They helped us find an unbelievable vehicle, Kim helped us find the best way for us to afford it, and we have been the owners of a NEW Nissan 2013 Pathfinder for 48 hours and now. We look back and realize Illini Nissan made what could have been a nightmare very enjoyable and exciting!! We truly appreciate everything they did.
