Google these guys. They use trickery and misdirection. It's amazing they are allowed to conduct business, but the government seems to allow this. One trick they do is send a county court claim just before Christmas, in the knowledge it will be hard for you to get professional advice. NEVER PAY THEM, always appeal - they are relying on people not noticing. They will also send county court claims with no details in them, again hoping you've forgotten the details. They are also know to claim 6 years after the date of the office, again they are relying on you not remembering so you just pay up. Their claim against me was 100% unfounded, but it didn't stop them taking me to court (they didn't even turn up, so lost). To you and I they are SCAMers, but for some reason they are allowed to do this. I would also complain to those that give this company contracts. I know that I and my family won't use venues they are contracted too - just a huge waist of your time, it's nothing to do with parking its all to do with trickery. SCAMers.
