My experience buying my vehicle was amazing. My experience with custom service, and taking care of the things that we're part of the deal, have been horrible. All I ever get is a voicemail option, and no one gets back to me. I purchased my vehicle in July ,and the deal was I would get 4 new wheels due to the wheels being so damage. I purchased some coverage which included getting an undercoating ,and that hasn't been done yet either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
