My husband and I sold our townhouse over the summer. Christen came and sat with us and was honest about what the process would entail and what we could expect. Everything from paint color suggestions and staging helped because in 9 days the townhouse was under contract! This was in a neighborhood where there were a lot of other units, many of which had been on the market for over 6 months. Communication was never an issue - Christen even answered while she was on vacation. Our worlds moved pretty fast - we moved out of one house and into another all within 30 days. Christen and Shannon worked together with us and was at every appointment, no matter what day and time it was. We never felt like we were in the dark, and while I m sure it was just as stressful for them as it was us, they never showed it. We could have never had as smooth as a process of selling and buying with any other team - honestly.
