Lovely experience in the past but last night a true disappointment. Had to beg for a $17 glass of wine at a time when the bar was pretty much empty. And had to ask for a new glass of water because mine was filled with lipstick stains. Waiting 20 mins for wine allowed me time to stare at it and get more annoyed at something I'd otherwise let go
