I recently took the Fitness Instructor Specialist course with Pro Trainer Louyse Vigneault. It was an absolutely awesome class. She took the time to explain all the components of the course in detail and went above and beyond to meet all the needs of everyone in the class. If you are interested in taking this course, I would highly recommend Louyse, she is a very inspirational and passionate woman who possesses vast knowledge of the fitness industry.
