For the rehabilitation/PT SIDE: Staff can change so in 6 months you may have a better experience BUT We did not July 2019. Rude, inattentive employees. Instead of helping my grandfather to the bathroom or bedpan, 3x they told him to soil himself. Help button on his bed did not work, when he needed help bc he couldnt breathe, he just thought he was going to die there. His information was a mess/misinterpreted.
