Tried to get information. Fisrt time I called the screener took so long I had to hang up due to time constraints. Also very difficult to understand. Called back a second time when I thought I had more time. This screener took all the information all over again and proceeded to tell me someone would get back to me in 3-4 hours. Really? That's when I started to read the reviews. I'm out.
