Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived! The hotel is beautiful and clean
I am very selective when it comes to hotels and I enjoyed each moment! I have stayed at Ritz locations all over and and the management and front desk at this location deserves recognition! We had delicious breakfast each morning at Terazza!
Edith was amazing each morning
She greeted us with a smile and made our breakfast so special each morning! She deserves recognition for her incredible service
Maria in house keeping also is special!
The beach is beautiful and the staff also very nice!
