The nighttime staff is great! They re super friendly and very willing to help when needed! The equipment is also great. However if you have to deal with the payment company or the general manager don t waste your time. The general manager is either in over his head or he s just a straight up coward, I m not sure which? I called into the payment processing center to inform them that I would be late on my payment do to a auto accident and they told me that there was nothing that they could do for me and the woman I spoke to said that they will still run my card even though I called in two weeks early and it might be late. You know as a member you would think that you would get better service, but you don t. So I go into the gym and see the general manager and he says that he will note my account and asked for time to dig into this situation and in the next twenty four hours he would call me back. I m thinking ok cool. Well, here it is six weeks later and I NEVER got a call back, so I ll pay my dues, pay the late fees, with no help from the general manager. So if you re looking for a gym this is NOT the place for you!
