If I Can say vote -100 for their costumer service I would !! If you are buying from overseas, prepare to be treated badly by how they respond to urgent matters eg: shipping and customs documents. We bought roughly $28K and is sitting in Australian custom storage and for weeks. because Aimee and Deanna from Rithium Sales Dept and Shipping section has not replied and rectified our request even after so many emails !! Australia don't buy from this company ever!
