I could ve given five star only if this key issue ...

I could ve given five star only if this key issue has not happened. We were locked out in a 4 star hotel. This electro-magnetic key was out of battery in the middle of night and we had to wait for engineer & security to recharge it while my 4 year old was extremely tired and wanting to sleep in her bed right away
