Citizenm in amsterdam is a fanatic hotel to stay in. The staff are incredibly friendly and the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to a tram station takes you straight to Dam square in around 15 minutes. Jose, one of the staff members there, went above and beyond. Taking time out to ask everyone how they were, if they needed help and even pointing out places of interest and how to get there. The room is cosy and you need to be comfortable with each other if you are sharing. All in all me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
