My experience as a previous client with Howie, Sacks & Henry has been very poor. I was promised so many positive things during our first meeting, but after I signed with them it went downhill. They took forever to deal with my case because the longer it takes the more money they make from my settlement. They refused to use my own doctor's information and send it to the insurance company. Rather they waited months and months to send me to their own doctor to support my claim. It is not a coincidence they ignored my own doctor's notes because this caused unnecessary delays- which is better for the firm. I was not pleased with the settlement amount. The staff here will never hold themselves accountable. They do things when they have time for you. I cannot recommend to others.
