This is a chocolate maker shop. They buy (the cacao) direct from farmers and make the chocolate on site.

Christie, the staff, shared her in-depth knowledge about the whole process and her enthusiasm was genuine.

This is one of the few places where one can purchase 100% cacao bars without sugar!
