Room was great. My biggest issues were with the pool area and that there was no staff to check and make sure that there were enough towels. In addition, a big family was down there with kids but no adults around to watch them as posted in the pool. Lastly, there were way more than the posted amount of guests in the pool area during this COVID guidelines.
