I've had my Strada for four months. I love it, or rather did until for no obvious reason when I recharged the battery I lost the computer and consequently all power. No obvious problems, but when I contacted Raleigh I was told that because of the virus everyone was working from home and there would be delays. Fair enough but I'm very disappointed not to have had as much as an acknowledgement.
