Just picked my vehicle up from BMW of SA. Dropped it off a week ago and was told it would be done in a day or two. One week later, I get my car back with new warning indicators flashing. Also, the mechanic damaged a non related component in the course of repairs, which the dealership paid for. Furthermore, I had to ask for the diagnostic package for my vehicle. Had I not asked, I wouldn't have received it. I expected much better service from a BMW dealership, but it was actually the worse service I have experienced. I don't plan on using them in the future and WILL NOT recommend them to others.
