I had a positive experience with this dental insurance company (with the exception of some simple "glitches"). Customer service, when I had to call was GREAT. Using the online payment and navigation of the services was not so great. For an entire year I had to physically log into the site and manually pay my premium, even though each time I click on "autopay." Just this week, that feature worked but I am with a different insurance now. At the dentist's they basically said this was a "discount coverage" company. I still got good dental care (though I DID have a bill to pay for what wasn't covered). Overall, very decent for a VERY reasonable monthly premium.
