Amazing hotel, loved it. Beautiful place, clean rooms, great food, EXCELLENT staff. Loved the animation, you can easily (and free of charges) leave kids for 4-5 hours a day to animation staff and kids'll be very happy. Guess that the only complaint I can think of was that ice cream was available at few hours a day and it was nowhere to find where and when to find it aside from occasionally running into it :). Also the place seems quite popular, so chairs next to the pools might be all taken early in the morning and best of them will be unavailable for the rest of the day. Probably the best place I've ever visited (and I've seen plenty). Would definitely return here again. This is a true 5-star resort.
