Travis Cheesman made this experience the best car buying experience ever. He was very knowledgable, proffesonal, and honest. He took the time to make sure all my needs were taken care of, from questions, data, financing, and transparency. There financing departmant amazing no pressure and very upfront. I live six hours away from there location and Travis made me a priority as if I was local. He took the time even on his day off to make sure all my needs and questions were answered. Not once did I feel pressured or miss lead by him. The staff there was amazing made me feel right at home once I arrived to their location. I was able to drive and inspect the vehicle I was looking to buy with no haggling or presure. I traded in my 08 Lexus for a 2015 IS 350 F Sport for half the price they go for from Lexus dealer. The trade in process was a breeze and got a fair and realistic trade in value for my car. I've had my car two weeks now with no issues, everything functions and operates as if the car had never been driven or repaired. Was able to get a warranty that covers pretty much the same things the factory warranty does as well as GAP insurance. The best part is even thou I have bought the car and I'm back home in Las Vegas Travis stills makes efforts to reach out to me to make sure I'm doing well as well as making sure the vehicle is running good and no issues. That to me is first class service right there. All in all when its time for me to purchase another vehicle I will for sure be buying my future cars from Prestman Auto.
