Room was clean, but there was no hot water to show...

Room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower in. We had to take cold showers. Also our reservation was under my friends name, he called to add my name to the reservation, they said we would be set, when I went to check-in my name was not there and it took 30 minutes to finally get checked in.
