Pub food at Restaurant prices
$20 steak special was fatty and tough, cold vegetables; I sent it back and ordered a Cajun Chicken burger in it's place, which was mediocre at best. You could forgive the lack luster quality if prices were reasonable, but most entrees are in the $18 to $25 range, so there is much better value available pretty much anywhere else.
Server knew nothing about their beers, seriously, this is a pub; I don't expect an encyclopedic knowledge of brewing practices, but a basic knowledge of what's on offer should be a minimum requirement.
I visited on a Saturday night and the place was basically empty; word must be getting out.
Free shuttle is a great idea, but I have not used it, so can't comment
