The Schell marketing is what lead us to visit a model home and then we feel in love with the floor plan of the Kingfisher and the rest is history. My husband and I moved into our Schell home 5 years ago, in Sawgrass North and we still feel like we are on vacation. We have great neighbors and it s the perfect location. All of the of the Staff that we meant were always very friendly and helpful. We see many of them out on the town and they always stop to say hi. We love our Schell home and Schell experience.
