Absolutely horrendous customer service at this dea...

Absolutely horrendous customer service at this dealership and an embarrassment to the Audi brand. I brought my car in on a Friday to get it checked for warranty service and was asked to leave it until Monday while they get approval. On Monday, I picked my car up until they received approval from Audi HQ and then the wait out the parts from Germany. I don't hear anything the rest of the first week. The second week I start trying to get back in touch with the service adviser that checked me in and out through both phone and also text message since I was informed it would be an easy way to get updates. The entire second week I receive no updates or even a single call back from my service adviser. At the end of the day Friday, I call in one last time and ask to speak with him but am told I should actually speak with somebody else who specifically deals with warranty work that requires outside approval, but they're no longer here so call back Monday morning. By Monday, I'm set on calling in and talking to whoever I need to to get the update I've been looking for. Instead, I call in every single day, am promised a call back each time, but never receive one and again, I have no update for my car. It is now Friday and I've called in today 3 or 4 times, each time being forwarded to a voicemail that will once again go completely ignored. I'm completely fed up with this dealership and I'm appalled at the disrespect I've been shown by basically the entire staff here as just about every single one of them has made me a promise to have somebody call me back with an update.
