Service & Repairs: thank you Holly Unger (service manager) and her team including Rhonda, Dave, and Dustin. Our 2017 Golf presented an odd creaking noise from the suspension, and the team never let up in their willingness to troubleshoot/resolve the problem. Even though this took multiple visits, emails, and phone calls, they conducted themselves with courtesy and professionalism.

The loaner cars and prompt follow-up calls helped. And, they are approachable when I pitched-in with an idea on the course of action/approach.

The problem is nearly gone, and they are now working the VW process at a regional level while keeping me posted.

I feel that buying a car is one thing; however, the relationship really starts after when you meet Service. I would recommend Southgate VW for your service needs.
