Oh my!!! Walking into the small, beautiful lobby, I felt like I was walking back in time!!! It has all the character that large hotel chains lack!!!! The staff could not be any more pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet and within less than 5 minutes staff was there to fix it!!! I will never stay anywhere else when in Washington, DC!!! Great location!!!! Just a couple of suggestions: if you can, bring your own pillow (I got somewhat of a stiff neck from the ones provided). Also, the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans, so we needed to open the br window, which is right in the shower area. This could be a problem when it's freezing out and also when the office across the way is full of people. Other than that, this place is wonderful!
