Have gone through Search Mortgages twice now with the initial build of my home and also refinancing once the build was complete. The whole run around with building a home with payments and also incorporating new grants is very confusing and messy but Tim and Louise handled the whole thing with very little input from me and my partner.
I was also happy with the refinance that they offered giving me loans outside the standard banks that a lot of brokers tend to throw at you.
