Once again, a lack of communications in the servic...

Once again, a lack of communications in the service department. It was determined that our car needed to stay overnight for a part to be delivered, My wife told Gabrial that she had to pick up the car that day, because she had a DR appt the next day and did not have another car available. Gabrial told her, no problem, we'll have the shuttle pick you up at 11:15. 11:15 came and went, and no shuttle . She called, and was told, the shuttle will get there, when it gets there. It's not by appointment. (NOTE: Gabrial was very professional, personable and kept my wife up to date on this car, so the problems seemed out of his control). She gets to the dealer, and enters the service area, and no one there offers to help her find Gabrial or get her car. She's standing around, being ignored.while Gabrial was away from his desk. Fortunately she was able to make her 1pm dr appt (only a couple of miles away). Once again, not happy with the service from McDavid. This is the 2nd incident this year, and service is definitely on a downward trend.
