after first order i was harassed every day. calling and not saying anything, then leaving rude messages, shouting down answer phone. when i answered the northern guy was threateningly rude and quite intimidating. only bought once, worse the any double glazing company . called me at least 4 times a day, every day, even when i told them to stop calling. next month it was the same again, and the month after that. please avoid unless you want to be called during the day, evening and uptown 9 30 at at night every night
