Here Again Review of Ferris Chevrolet Cadillac

Never had any dealings with Ferris until today and was under the impression that they really cared about their customers, which made them my first choice to call when I needed my keyfob programmed to my car. I called last week and talk to a woman that set me up with an appointment to have it done. No problem. Today is the day of the appointment and I called to ask if I had to be with my car the entire time or if I could simply drop it off and pick it up after it was finished. Absolutely no one would answer my question (which I assume is a pretty straight forward question). First I was put on hold for 5 minutes then told I would need to call back later. I waited a little over an hour and called back again I was put on hold and transferred multiple times, just to be told that they would give me a call back. I waited about 1 1/2-2 hours and heard nothing from them so I called again. And again the same run around just to be told AGAIN that they would call back. My appointment is in 2 hours. If i don't hear back in another hour I am going to cancel my appointment.

Just got a call back from Ferris, the woman was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to taking my car to Ferris now. It seems that once you actually talk to the service dept they are more than happy to work with you, getting a hold of them can be very frustrating tho. *changed rating*
