I am a paralegal for 21years and working with Palm Beach County is the worst. I am trying to get to speak to a live person regarding an entry on the docket, the attorney did not get any letter or notification and we wanted to find out why the Order mailed to the Judge was not yet signed (is it lost or something else) so we can close this file. Every time I call I stay on the phone queue for 30 to 40 minutes is a nightmare. Today I was on hold today for the Probate Clerk for 20 minutes, after waiting patiently for my turn, your clerk disconnected me on the phone (either by mistake or for some other reason). I am located in Sarasota County, who is so efficient.
