It was one of the poorest customer service I can find in a grand hotel. Staff name Ghitha if I did not spell it wrongly, was showing a rude and arrogant look, in additional to that, when I made polite inquiries to her, her replies were in an unhappy, unwilling manner, and with a very stern look. I was getting real puzzled, I am here for a meal, and yet I have to be greeted in that manner, it did not only ruined my appetite, the lunch topic was on her as well. I would like to compliment the rest of the floor staffs, whom were sweet, nice and often with a smile, just like how Japanese provide their great hospitality. I sincerely hope the management can look into it.
