I had purchased a Groupon the year before in 2017 ...

I had purchased a Groupon the year before in 2017 and was only able to use 1 visit due to a severe sickness I had to combat. I called their director just now to ask if they would be able to honor a second one being that I only was able to use 1 visit out of the 30 days. She didn't even hesistate to say No. Being a wellness facility one would think they would be understanding of my situation and honor me the opportunity to come back so I can help myself in recovery and possibly even have the chance to become a member of theirs. Highly dissatisfied with what she said over the phone and will make note of this encounter. I am in the health wellness profession and we do not turn away our clients especially with good reason.
