I took my X-5 to BMW of Sterling for some maintenance work that I needed completed and was greeted by Robin, one of the Service Representatives. Robin was both professional and helpful. She has the type personality which will cheer up anyone who will interact with her. She kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and ensured it was washed upon completion of The maintenance work. She even had the mechanic discuss an issue with me that I had mentioned to her. I highly recommend Robin and BMW of Sterling to anyone who needs maintenance work on their BMW.
