Half the museum was closed for renovations and private events, and though they told us the exhibits that were closed, it didn't say that several floors of buildings were closed. And charged full price.

I also take photos with a DSLR and I am very aware of signs indicating picture restrictions. They had no signage of what was the private exhibit, and it seemed to be the whole floor as I was followed the whole time.

The exhibits that we did see, like the Charles White exhibit, were incredible.
