Another poor experience with Audi Fort Worth. It started with a missed pick up time and when I called they said it was a bad address. The address in the email confirmation was accurate and my cell phone number was included. No one called. Once they got my car in the shop they quoted a price 40% higher than the$420 to $550 range for replacing brake pads on an Audi A7. They ended up charging me $750 which is still high. This is the last time I use Audi Fort Worth. Just can't trust them. They operate like you don't have a choice. I will find an alternative and will probably never buy another Audi.
