I went in to Ochoa in East Longmeadow is a walk as soon as they opened. I had gone to a salon last night that had colored my hair and the roots turned orange... luckily Ana had several hours to work with me to fix the mess from the previous salon. She was informative and conscientious. She spoke her thoughts out loud and included me in the plan. She was very thoughtful about her approach. She was really amazing and not only got rid of the orange but made my hair look and feel better than it has in a long time. I cannot thank her enough. Not only that, the entire time I was at Ochoa I felt like a queen.
