Tried to register my card details but automated sy...

Tried to register my card details but automated system kept hanging up, gave up and left the carpark after 11.28. Received a fine as went over 10 mins. I've appealed and heard nothing. Impossible to speak to someone. Top tip.. register your details before entering the car park as it takes ages or doesn't work at all... No Stars
