It is 49 degrees outside and they have the air conditioner going full blast in a patient's room. When we called,concerned about how cold the elderly patient stated he was,the nurse stated there was no way to get into the room to control the thermostat on the weekend. The nurse on the Northside,in the 100 hallway, become hostile and then proceeded to hang up when asked her name. This is the worst care I have ever seen and no one seems to care because of what side of town it is on and the general ethnicities of the patients.If you can help it, DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. THEY WILL NOT GET THE CARE THAT IS NEEDED
