Water jets in pool were all broken or turned off so no hydrotherapy. Boathouse restaurant couldn't be booked in advanced despite calling twice 2 weeks prior. Breakfast is 3* continental not 4* (pain au chocolat, yoghurt and breakfast roll only available as delivered to your room with instant coffee). I've stayed in other hotels recently that managed to safely operate a full breakfast so this is pretty disappointing. I would say there's many 100's of rooms so this is a big busy hotel and not particularly tranquil or relaxing break. The fire doors are loud so was woken many times during the night and my floor request was ignored as the hotel was full. Overall 3 star hotel and therefore overpriced.
