Tower Wing rooms are small, old, tired. Elevators have their own will and doors do not always open. Bathroom is small, tired and basic equipment such as a cup or glass is missing. Some rooms are downright dangerous and a mousetrap in the event of a fire. Beds are just not nail beds. Rooms are not a Hilton standard and are outrageous for the price that is being charged.
