I change the review only to communicate that I find the owner's response incorrect, based on lies, sarcasm and personal offenses. I could specifically explain the different aspects that led me to express the reviewed opinion (since my profile is public I am available to do so with anyone who wants to deepen) but here I can only overlook and ask for support from the bodies in charge. Naturally down to 1stella for incompetence on the management of a dissatisfied customer.

Original review:
I only speak for the watch department: I've been looking for a sportwatch for a long time and the store has the three main brands that interest me. I was given rough, confused information.
The staff are probably educated but they definitely didn't have time to give adequate information, even though the shop was practically empty. Discounts are advertised with billboards that are no longer given due to deadlines. The official website of a specific brand offers discounts that they do not give and my statement has been questioned. New models of watches that do not sell and old models that are no longer for sale are advertised ....
In summary: a poorly managed casino.
I will look elsewhere, too bad because the official sites of the 3 brands give it as a certified shop and if one had any doubts it would have been the right place to clarify.
