I purchased tickets through Zerve and one of the show dates was incorrect (my mistake). I contacted BCR as soon as I noticed, and they fixed it the same day. They emailed me with the correction and even called me back to confirm that it had been corrected. Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days. I am 100% satisfied with their kindness and exceptional customer service skills. A BIG thank you to Jennifer and Gale, you both played a BIG part in making my daughter's dream a reality.
