I had a terrible experience with Uniglobe Travel. The website was confusing, and it was difficult to find the information I needed. The customer service was unhelpful, and the agent I spoke with seemed disinterested in assisting me. I eventually gave up and booked my trip elsewhere. I would not recommend this company.
