My experience at Lawrence Kia was superb! I first encountered Bill one Saturday afternoon and my mom and I were just out and about and I thought it would be a good idea to go look at cars! I knew I wanted a new car, but not that day, sometime in the future. Bill welcomed us outside and he showed me the Kia Soul which I really liked. I was not going to buy a car that day, because I had only just begun my car search. We talked about financing and what they had available, but he did not pressure us to sign anything that day. He let us walk away, to think about other options. I continued my car search, and Bill did an excellent job of communicating with me to check on how the search for a car was going. After going to several dealerships, and meeting many salesmen, I really liked the way that Bill handled the car buying process and returned to Lawrence KIA to get my car. He gave you just enough information, without being too pushy! Lawrence Kia is lucky to have Bill as a salesman! Once I found the car that I wanted, I got the pleasure of dealing with Begi in the finance department. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to get me the payment that I wanted! Not only was she friendly, but she certainly knows her stuff when it comes to finance. She was able to answer every question we had with confidence and was very knowledgable! I highly recommend this dealership over any other KIA dealership in the KC Metro!
