I booked an appointment for my graduation photos, "the yearbook ones", and was sent a conformation email telling me to be at least 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was at exactly 7:06! We arrived well in advance, but it soon became apparent that the photographers where running quite late. By the time we actually began to have our photos taken, it was almost 9 o'clock. While the staff at the front desk did their best to handle the backlog of folks waiting for their portraits and gave as updates as to how long the wait might be, the photographs themselves seemed very rushed. The photographers took little time to take care of any of my questions or concerns, and as a result I was not satisfied with the photos. I had Artona clearly has a very lucrative system set up, with the graduation photos very much engrained into the culture of local high schools, and encouraged by school staff. It really is a big part of graduation, and I am very disappointed with my experience.
